Italia-Finlandia

Maria e suo marito sono in pensione e ogni primavera partono da Helsinki alla volta di qualche bella località europea... Maria aveva già studiato italiano in altre scuole, in altre città italiane... ma cercava qualcosa di diverso: piccole classi, omogenee, insegnanti attenti... Navigando in Internet ci ha trovate e quello che segue è il suo commento!
Kielikurssilla Caorlessa
Olemme eläkkeellä, mieheni ja minä, ja keväisin vietämme kuukauden ajaen autolla Helsingistä Euroopan halki päämääränämme Italia. Olen ollut aikaisemmin kielikurssilla ison kaupungin isossa kielikoulussa, jossa luokka oli pieni ja ryhmä suuri ja kovin eritasoinen alkutesteistä huolimatta. Oppitunnin ajasta osa kului kielen alkeisiin, jotka jo olivat itselleni selvät.

Halusin rauhallisemmalle paikkakunnalle ja valitsin Internetistä Venetsian lähellä sijaitsevan Caorlen. Kävin pitkän kirjeenvaihdon Barbaran kanssa, joka kärsivällisesti otti huomioon kaikki esittämäni kysymykset ja toiveet ja niin valitsin Scuola di Lingua Italiana Il Faron. Ystävällisen kohtelun lisäksi valintaan vaikutti tietysti myös Venetsian läheisyys ja koska olimme autolla, myös Slovenian ja Kroatian läheiset rantakaupungit kutsuivat meitä viikonloppuina.

Pieni koulu ja pieni ryhmä olivat toiveitteni mukaiset ja kieliopinnot sujuivat oman tasoni mukaisesti ja oppimista riitti. Opettajani Liviana vei meitä tutustumaan myös lähiseutujen nähtävyyksiin ja omaleimaisiin paikkoihin Venetsianlahden pohjukassa, jolla on oma erityinen historiansa. Ihmiset olivat ystävällisiä, kaupunki sievä ja erityisen siisti ja tunsimme olomme kotoisaksi, kun ympäristö oli pian tuttu ja hyvin hallittavissa. Vaikka en itse ole rantaihminen enää, uskon että pitkät hiekkarannat ja rantaelämä houkuttavat varmasti nuoria opiskelijoita vapaa-aikana. Caorlen rauhallinen aika on yksi parhaita Italian käyntejäni ja muistan koulun ”tyttöjä” Livianaa, Barbaraa ja Lauraa erityisellä lämmöllä.

JP... il nostro pompiere!

It has been 2 years since I left the amazing city of Caorle, or as
Giancarlo Fornaro and I called it "Caorlefornia" in reference to my home state of California.
My experience at Il Faro was amazing and I plan on one day returning to the city to visit the friends that I made there and the culture I got to experience. I
came to Caorle in the summer of 2007 hoping to learn a little bit of Italian so I would be able to speak to my family there and when I left I felt like I had absorbed much more than what I had planned.
The classes at Il Faro are great and the ladies do a wonderful job at presenting the beautiful language of Italian.
If you want to learn and experience Italian then head to Caorle and the language school Il Faro.
Simply amazing!!


Ora, come vedete nella foto, fa il pompiere a Loomis (California) e nel frattempo studia per diventare medico.

Questa è Amandine (con il suo ragazzo), ora è in Germania con un progetto Erasmus dell'Università.

E' una ragazza molto in gamba, piena di interessi e solare.

Parla benissimo diverse lingue... indubbiamente ha scelto la facoltà giusta per il suo futuro professionale!

Anche lei è stata una nostra studentessa, e questo è il suo commento sul soggiorno a Caorle e sul nostro centro.

Salut!
Je m’appelle Amandine et je suis Suisse. Je suis allée à Caorle en été 2008 avec mon copain et j’y ai passé un mois. Je devais améliorer mon italien parce que j’étudie cette langue à l’université dans le but de devenir traductrice ou interprète. J’ai donc choisi l’école de langue italienne il Faro. Pourquoi cette école précisément ? L’une de mes professeures d’italien, à l’université, nous a proposé d’y aller puisque nous pouvions bénéficier d’une bourse. J’ai accepté et j’ai bien fait ! Les professeures sont très sympas et compétentes. Elles organisent des soirées cinéma une fois par semaine et des excursions à Caorle et dans les environs.
Caorle est une petite ville vénitienne. Même si elle est assez touristique, on y trouve encore des maisons et des bateaux traditionnels.
Les possibilités d’excusions sont nombreuses : Venise, Trieste… et aussi les villages voisins où l’on peut se rendre à vélo !

Parlo tedesco, spagnolo o italiano? Italiano è ovvio!

Qui siamo a San Floriano, al confine con la Slovenia, per una sosta mangereccia: pane, affettati, formaggi, ciliegie e vino. A partire da destra c'è Laura che si sta gustando una fantastica torta di ricotta e ciliegie fresche, Ashley del Mount Holyoke College (South Hadley, Massachusetts-USA) e Noel dell'Università di Sligo (Irlanda) che sorseggiano un Pinot Grigio del Collio e Liviana che serve della buonissima pancetta a Magda.

Magda è la simpatica signora bionda che vedete alla destra della foto.
Lei ha seguito un corso individuale presso il nostro centro nel giugno del 2008.
Magda è una donna molto dinamica: ha viaggiato molto per lavoro in passato (insegnava tedesco in Guatemala) e viaggia molto anche ora, solo che adesso lo fa per passione...e questa sua passione l'ha portata anche a Caorle.

es war eine einmalige und wunderbare Erfahrung bei dir einen so individuellen Italienischkurs mitmachen zu dürfen.
Ich habe selbst immer Deutsch als Muttersprache und zwanzig Jahre Deutsch als Fremdsprache in Guatemala unterrichtet.
Dieses Jahr war ich in Sizilien und konnte mich da ganz gut durchschlagen mit meinem Italienisch das halt manchmal mit Spanisch gemischt ist…
Ich wieder nach Caorle komme melde ich mich zu allererst bei euch!

"Quería realizar un curso intensivo de un mes para aprender italiano, por su
proximidad con Venecia elegí una escuela "Il Faro", en la ciudad de Caorle. La escuela
esta muy centrica, además de las clases proporcionan actividades como visitas, cine, excursiones....pero lo mejor de la escuela es sin duda la profesionalidad de su
staff, Liviana, Laura y Barbara.

Caorle es una ciudad a orillas del adriatico que por su cercania con los alpes permite excursiones inolvidables, merece la pena!!"

Carlos lavora per una compagnia aerea, alle Baleari, e frequenta un’università di turismo a Madrid…è venuto a Caorle per imparare l’italiano, in vista di un esame di lingua, che ha superato con il fantastico punteggio di 9/10.

I studied at Il Faro for one month this summer and had an amazing experience. I'm an Italian major at a university in California, and I was looking for an Italian language school for foreigners so I could keep up with the language during the summer. Attending Il Faro was the best decision I could have made! Caorle is a beautiful beach town near Venice and a perfect place for anybody to learn Italian. I have previously attended different immersion programs in Italy, but those didn't even come close to the experience I had at Il Faro. One of the many great things about this school is that the owners, Liviana, Laura, and Barbara, teach the classes. With the guidance of Il Faro, I stayed at a wonderful hotel where the owners became like family to me. The Sunday market, live music in the town center, bicycle excursions to nearby towns, and the view of the sunset from the boardwalk are just a few lasting memories of my summer in Caorle. I can't wait to go back to and visit the wonderful ladies at Il Faro!
